Shipping Policy

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for other locations after dispatch.
• UPI orders are dispatched after the payment is verified. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

• Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A delivery charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order. There are no hidden charges.

Once your order is shipped, the courier name and tracking number are shown on your order page. You can open it anytime from Track Order using your order number and mobile number.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund for prepaid orders.
