These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Duvelle website, operated by PG International. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST). Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
- We try to display product colours and prints accurately; slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place the order applies to that order.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we verify it (and the payment, for UPI orders).
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, unserviceable addresses or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Payments
- We accept UPI payments and Cash on Delivery (where available). Online payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.
- For UPI orders, you must pay the exact order amount and submit the correct transaction ID. Orders with unverified payments may be cancelled.
- We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card or bank passwords.
Shipping, cancellation and refunds
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, images, text and logos — belongs to or is licensed by PG International and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PG International's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our registered business is located.
